Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vibetravelstack.com and the Vibe Travel Stack web application (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Vibe Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

To use most features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your password; all activity under your account; and notifying us promptly at support@vibetravelstack.com of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to share your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

Pricing. Vibe Travel Stack is a recurring subscription service. The current price is USD $35 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice via email. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If still unpaid, your access will be suspended until payment resumes.
Taxes. Subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; you are responsible for any sales, VAT, or similar taxes.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription period. Request via support@vibetravelstack.com within 14 days of your initial charge. After that period, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. The Service

Vibe Travel Stack provides software access to four travel utilities: real-time currency exchange (FX), global eSIM data activation, VPN protection, and AI-powered translation. The FX, eSIM, VPN, and translation features are powered by third-party partners and APIs operated by independent companies.

Third-party dependencies. eSIM data plans are provisioned by partners such as Airalo (or successors). VPN tunneling is provided by partners such as Mullvad / Proton. Translation may use Workers AI or other partners. Their service availability, performance, and policies are outside our direct control. Service interruptions caused by third-party failures are addressed on a best-efforts basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes, including violating sanctions, export controls, or local laws;
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission;
Use the VPN to engage in hacking, fraud, harassment, malware distribution, or copyright infringement;
Use the Service to circumvent restrictions you’ve agreed to with other parties (e.g., employer policies, streaming licenses);
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service;
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to overload our infrastructure or access data not intended for you;
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice and without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service — including software, design, branding, copy, and documentation — is owned by Vibe Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., translation inputs, support tickets). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process it as needed to deliver the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that exchange rates, eSIM activation success, VPN connectivity, or translation accuracy will meet your expectations.

Currency exchange rates are for informational purposes and may differ from rates available through banks, money services, or other providers. Travel information (regulations, eSIM compatibility, etc.) is general and not legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VIBE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100, or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Technologies LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, (b) your content submitted through the Service, or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if continued service becomes legally or technically infeasible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 7–10, 12, and 14 survive termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email and a banner on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, your remedy is to cancel your subscription before the effective date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware, or, at your election, in small claims court if your claim qualifies. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

If the arbitration provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Delaware.

14. General

Entire agreement. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies) form the entire agreement between you and Vibe Technologies LLC.
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Notices. We will send notices to your account email; you may send notices to support@vibetravelstack.com.
