Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your subscription. This Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what happens after cancellation.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re new to Vibe Travel Stack, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription charge, no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription period only.
To request a refund within this window, email support@vibetravelstack.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your subscription start date. We process refunds within 5 business days; the credit may take 5–10 additional business days to appear depending on your card issuer or bank.
2. After the 14-Day Window
- No prorated refunds. After the initial 14 days, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Reactivation. You can resubscribe at any time. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first subscription, not subsequent reactivations.
3. Exceptions and Disputes
We may, in our discretion, grant refunds outside the 14-day window in cases of:
- Service outages. Extended downtime that prevents you from using the Service for a substantial portion of your billing period.
- Billing errors. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or incorrect billing amounts.
- Account compromise. Charges made by an unauthorized party using your account, where you reported the issue promptly.

4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve nearly every issue directly. Initiating a chargeback (disputing a charge with your card issuer) before contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. We retain the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
5. Promotional Pricing & Coupons
Subscriptions purchased with promotional pricing (discount codes, partner offers, free trials) are subject to the same 14-day guarantee on the first paid period. Free trial periods are not refundable since no charge has been made. After a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the 14-day window begins from the first paid charge.
