1. Nature of the Service

Vibe Travel Stack is a software service operated by Vibe Technologies LLC. We provide a unified interface to four travel utilities: real-time currency exchange, eSIM activation, VPN protection, and translation. We are not a bank, money services business, telecommunications carrier, internet service provider, or licensed advisor of any kind.

2. Third-Party Service Dependencies

The functional components of Vibe Travel Stack are powered by third-party partners and APIs. Service availability, performance, pricing, and policies of these partners are outside our direct control.

eSIM data plans are provisioned by partners such as Airalo (or successors). Coverage, speeds, device compatibility (including IMEI restrictions), and plan availability are determined by these partners and the underlying mobile network operators.
VPN tunneling is provided by partners such as Mullvad / Proton (or successors). Server availability, connection speed, and jurisdictional reach depend on the partner’s infrastructure and policies. We do not log your VPN browsing activity, but partners’ own logging policies apply.
Translation is powered by AI models (Workers AI Llama or other partners). Translation accuracy varies by language pair and context. Do not rely on translations for legal, medical, or critical communications without independent verification.
Currency exchange rates are provided via the RateWire API operated by Vibe Technologies LLC. Rates are aggregated from market data providers and may differ from rates available at banks, money services, or other providers. Rates are for informational purposes; we are not a money transmitter or currency exchange business.

Information presented in the FX widget, including exchange rates, conversion calculations, and rate alerts, is for general informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, currency trading advice, or any other form of financial advice. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making decisions involving foreign exchange, remittances, or international transactions.

4. Not Legal, Tax, Immigration, or Medical Advice

Travel information surfaced by the Service — including visa requirements, customs rules, currency import limits, vaccination requirements, and similar — is for general convenience only. Regulations change frequently and vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances. Always verify current requirements with:

Official government sources (embassy/consulate websites, customs/immigration authorities)
Licensed immigration attorneys for visa and residency questions

While we strive for high availability, the Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, partner outages, geopolitical disruptions (e.g., country-specific blocks of VPN protocols), or unforeseen events. Vibe Travel Stack operates an affiliate program. If you signed up via an affiliate link, the referring affiliate may receive a commission on your subscription. This does not affect your subscription price or terms. We pay affiliates from our existing margin, not as an upcharge.

9. Sanctions & Export Compliance

Use of the Service is subject to United States and applicable international sanctions and export control laws. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a national of, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are on any US government denied-party or sanctions list.

“Vibe Travel Stack,” “RateWire,” and our logos are trademarks of Vibe Technologies LLC. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party trademark does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
